Olga Kozierowska

CEO, IncludedPlus Foundation; Founder Success Written in Lipstick

Olga Kozierowska is a social activist, DEI expert, business journalist, and author.

She founded the first organization in Poland dedicated to women's entrepreneurship, equality, and diversity called "Success Written in Lipstick." The organization now operates under the name "INCLUDED PLUS Foundation”. Olga has inspired hundreds of thousands of women to pursue their dreams, proving that it is never too late for change.

She is the author of radio and television programs associated with Radio Pin, EuroZet, TVN24, and TVP2. She has created podcasts and written four books, including the bestseller "Love is a Verb" (published in 2022).

Olga is one of the first experts in the field of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in Poland and the founder of the DEI Champions Club, which brings together the largest international corporations working towards equality, diversity, and inclusion.

She has received numerous prestigious awards in Poland and abroad, including the Women's Tertiary European Award, Woman Leader, Business Inspiration, and Positivist of the Year titles. She was listed among the 25 future leaders of Poland for the next 25 years and among the 10 most influential women in the region.

Olga graduated from the University of Plymouth and the Amsterdam School of Business, as well as the Fryderyk Chopin Music School in Warsaw with a specialization in violin.
