Deep-Tech Investment Advisor – Expert, European Innovation Council (EIC) | Chair at Digital Boost | FCA Financial Services Consumer Panel Member

Angela works in the fields of finance, sustainability, and emerging tech. 

As the Chair of Digital Boost's Board, an AI-powered technology company, Angela collaborates with the leadership team and Board to drive organisational growth and impact for SMEs. With expertise in investments, data, and technology, Angela also serves as a Panel Member for the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) Financial Services Consumer Panel, advising on policy development that impacts consumers of financial service products, including small businesses. As an advisor in deep tech, Angela supports the European Commission’s European Innovation Council (EIC) €10 billion investment programme, helping scale Europe’s deep tech internationally. Angela frequently speaks at international forums and collaborates with VCs, PE firms, multilaterals, and corporates, where she provides advice to technology-driven companies on sustainability, customer-centric product design, strategy, and the ethical deployment of emerging technologies such as AI and quantum computing.

Angela spent most of her executive career in blue-chip financial services and technology firms (Schroders and BNP Paribas/FFTW, Moody’s, Fitch) in global leadership roles involving strategy, product innovation, and international expansion, as well as business and technology transformation programmes. With her deep passion for helping transform people’s lives and economies, during her Executive MBA, Angela launched a tech business, co-founded Global Tech Connect, and became the CEO of Reload Greece Foundation, a business tech accelerator that helped entrepreneurs bring ideas to market. In these roles, Angela partnered with VCs, philanthropists, and the private and public sectors to help startups raise £20m+ in investments and create 400+ new jobs.

As a DEI, Climate, Science, and Technology champion, Angela is a Founding Member of CHIEF and Chapter Zero in the UK, and she supports organisations seeking to elevate climate-related discussions on boards and enhance the representation of women and diverse candidates in both board and senior leadership roles. Angela also supports organisations that aim to inspire women and girls to pursue careers in mathematics and science.

Angela holds an MBA from London Business School, the FT Board of Directors Postgraduate Diploma, and several certifications in Artificial Intelligence (University of Oxford, Saïd Business School AI Programme), Sustainability, Human-Centred Design, and Investments. She is a Cambridge Judge Business School Rising Women in Leadership scholar and has received multiple awards, including the Women of Excellence Award from the Women Economic Forum and an Achievement Award from Moody’s, recognising her for outstanding contributions to strategy, product innovation, and leadership.
